Creating a Proxy Login is a simple process. It requires minimal time to complete the tasks required. First, visit https://my.nemcc.edu and select Student Resources.
The links for Proxy Management and Proxy Login are located in the Academics Section. Students will use the Proxy Management link to add, update, and delete proxy access, while parents and guardians will use the Proxy Login link to access the Web Proxy pages.
STEP 1 - Login to Proxy Management
To create a new Proxy, click the Proxy Management link and login with your Northeast Email Address and your Single Sign-On password.
If this is the first time you have created a proxy, your screen should like similar to the one below.
STEP 2 - Add New Proxy
To begin creating a new proxy relationship, click the Add New link in the upper left of the Proxy Management pane.
STEP 3 - Complete the Proxy Information
In order to complete the Proxy Information, you will need to know the email that the proxy will be using to access the Web Proxy System.
Enter the requested Profile Information about your new proxy. The Start Date and Stop Date will determine when the proxy will have access.
Currently, the only Relationship that you should choose is Parent or Legal Guardian
STEP 5 - Addition Information
You can skip this section. Northeast does not currently use the Passphrase functionality.
STEP 5 - Authorizations
Select the pages that you wish to provide the Proxy access to. If you do not see any pages and only see the Select All option, please refer back to Step 3 and choose Parent or Legal Guardian for the proxy relationship.
You may choose to grant access to any or all the following pages. If this is a second proxy, you may also copy the permissions from previously created proxy. Remember, you can remove or change these at any time by logging into Proxy Management.
